Cutting / Drilling Automated laser machine

Starting with the year 2021, at the Green Stal Warehouse in Bucharest, an automatic LASER device was purchased that can cut/drill holes on the surfaces of steel pipes in a maximum of 48 hours, the equivalent of 22 tons of steel pipe.

Also, our welders can weld threaded steel outlets for 22 tons of pipe up to a maximum of 4-5 working days.

After the drilling and threaded outlets welding operations, the pipes will enter the painting lines in the electrostatic field. Green Stal has 2 painting lines in the electrostatic field at the Bucharest Warehouse.
