Construction steel pipes, standard: EN10219-1/S235JRH, S355J2H

Steel grades: according to EN 10219-1 (SR EN 10219-1); the following steel grades are in stock: S235JRH, S355JOH, S355J2H.

Standards for dimensions, dimensional tolerances and profile characteristics:

• EN 10219-2 (SR EN 10219-2);

Lengths:

• 6000 mm, or 12000 mm;
• Fixed lengths, according to orders.

Non-destructive inspection:
The welded joining of the pipes is 100% controlled by eddy currents according to EN 10246-3 / SR EN 10264-3.

Labelling:

• name of manufacturer;
• steel grade and norm;
• label and lot number;
• dimensions;
• quantity.

Packaging: in ties with a maximum weight of 3.0 tons.
Pipes of 6000 mm length are banded in four places and those of 12000 mm length in six places.

Quality documents:

• Test report type 2.2 according to EN 10204 / SR EN 10204, issued by the manufacturer, with CE marking;
• Inspection certificate type 3.1 according to EN 10204 / SR EN 10204, issued by the manufacturer, with CE marking – on request.
