QUALITY CHECKS (depending on the required production standards and specifications received from customers):
– 100% ultrasound control;
– 100% hydrostatic pressure test;
– inspection by radio waves of the welding cord;
– X-ray chart;
– inspection with penetrating liquid and inspection with magnetic particles;
– the impact test;
– visual and dimensional control;
– the resistivity test and the bending test;
– TVX non-destructive control over the length of the weld bead up to 102 mm ends. The end zone and reshuffled zones are checked by RX and / or US.
